• Terms of refund  (all down payments will be refunded if appointment is canceled within 48hrs of booked appointment) 
• Terms of cancellation (if an appointment is canceled not within the policy’s 48hrs time frame a $25 fee will be charged to client and you will receive the remaining deposit money if any is available)
